Coming home

I am going home to Denver next week and for the first time since I moved out here, I am nervous. See, as long I am in New Jersey, I can pretend you are still in Denver. When I am in Denver, I won't be able to do that any more. I am afraid I am going to crumble under the weight of renewed sorrow.
